- Use utility gloves when doing heavy duties.
1. Use Lemon Juice and Olive Oil
Ingredients
Half a cup of Lemon Juice
2T of Olive Oil
Cotton Gloves
- Mix a few drops of lemon juice with a tablespoon of the olive oil.
- Stir well.
- Apply and rub lightly the mixture onto your fingernails.
- Wear cotton gloves overnight as you go to bed.
- Continue doing this until you see results
- Your nails will show that they are strong and healthier nails.
2. Use Natural Oils Such as Coconut Oil
Ingredients
Coconut Oil/Jojoba Oil/Almond Oil/
Cotton Gloves
- Apply either one of the following; coconut oil, jojoba oil, or almond oil to your hands and nails every night before going to bed.
- Slip your hands onto a pair of cotton gloves.
- Leave them on overnight.
